The Lord’s Cupboard of Jefferson County Welcomes New Director, Barb Sieren
The Lord’s Cupboard of Jefferson County has announced the appointment of Barb Sieren as its new Director. A long-time Jefferson County resident, Sieren brings deep community roots and a strong commitment to service into her new leadership role.
“I am honored to serve in this capacity,” said Sieren. “As a long-time supporter of the Lord’s Cupboard, I’m passionate about making a positive impact in our community and continuing the important work of providing food assistance to our neighbors in need.”
Many may already know Barb from her work with H&R Block, as the owner of Back to the Basics Farm, or from her involvement with the Fairfield Farmers Market. Alongside her husband, Rick, she has raised two children, Dallas and Gavin, and enjoys spending time with her three granddaughters, Paisley, Remi, and Brinleigh.
Under Sieren’s direction, the Lord’s Cupboard remains dedicated to its mission of helping fight hunger by supplying emergency food assistance to those in need throughout Jefferson County. The organization operates with the support of local volunteers, partners, and donors who keep its shelves stocked and its mission alive.
