JCHC Auxiliary Scholarship Application Open for Recent High School Graduates
FAIRFIELD, IA — Jefferson County Health Center Auxiliary (JCHC Auxiliary) is excited to announce the availability of scholarships for recent high school graduates who are planning to pursue education in healthcare-related fields. The JCHC Auxiliary will be awarding four $1,500 scholarships to graduating seniors who are a resident of Jefferson County or a JCHC Employee or the child of a JCHC Employee. Applications can be picked up at the JCHC Front Desk, JCHC Gift Shop, or by visiting JeffersonCountyHealthCenter.org. All applications must be completed and submitted to Auxiliary Scholarship Chairperson, Cathy Kaska 1638 Olive Avenue Fairfield IA 52556 by March 25th, 2026.

The Mission of the Jefferson County Health Center Auxiliary is to support the needs of the hospital, the comfort of the patients and their families, and to give scholarships to individuals pursuing a health-related career.
The Auxiliary operates an extensive Gift Shop in the Health Center. It's one of the best places in town to shop for a unique gift, seasonal item, baby items, books, and jewelry. Proceeds from the Gift Shop benefit the Health Center.
