Fairfield CSD Unveils New Mission and Vision Statement

FAIRFIELD, IA — The Fairfield Community School District has unveiled a new mission and vision statement, along with four strategic pillars designed to enhance student success. This will directly align with the five year strategic plan that will be shared in mid-August.

The district’s updated vision is: “A destination district where we ALL belong, learn, and grow!”

The mission affirms: “We empower ALL students to achieve their highest potential through strong relationships, collaboration, and accountability.”

To bring this mission to life, the district has identified four core pillars that will guide its strategic priorities moving forward:
● Belief in students and staff
● Culture of accountability
● Culture of collaboration
● Results-focused mindset

“These new statements reflect our commitment to excellence,” said Superintendent Zach Wigle. “These are more than just words. They are our promise to every student, every day. These statements give us clear direction as we work together to make Fairfield a place where everyone thrives.”
