Appointments are required, please call 472-5929 to schedule. All individuals over the age of 10 will be required to wear a face covering. Bandanas are considered a face covering. One parent per child will be allowed. If you have more than one child in need of immunizations, an exception may be made. Screening questions will be asked prior to entering the office.
