![]() Too many high school students are graduating from high school without knowing all the amazing career opportunities right in their own hometown! On Monday, May 8th Fairfield High School students are invited to Agri-Industrial Plastics from 10:00am-12:00pm on their ‘No School Monday’. Students will hear the story of Agri-Industrial Plastics, all the careers that they offer, have a walking tour of the 340,000 foot manufacturing facility, and wrap up with a free lunch of pizza. This program is relevant to both students planning to obtain a college degree and those who plan to directly enter the workforce after high school. Students should dress prepared for a walking tour and wear close-toed shoes. Participants will meet at the Agri-Industrial Plastics Main Office at 301 22nd St, Fairfield. Pre-registration is required for the event. Participants should register in the Fairfield High School Main Office by Friday, May 5th at 3:30pm. The Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce is excited about this new opportunity for the community. Chamber Members are already signing up to host and help with sessions in the 2017-2018 school year.
