Streets of Fairfield Photography Exhibit
We're excited to share an update from one of our 2025 FCA Mini-Grant funded artist projects!
Streets of Fairfield by Guy Harvey is a photography exhibit featuring approximately 25 images captured between 2022 and 2025 in Fairfield. The collection highlights a range of styles, including candid street photography, documentary work, and urban scenic imagery—each offering a unique perspective on everyday life and place.
After careful preparation, the artist now has all final prints ready for exhibition. The process involved multiple rounds of refining digital files and producing test prints to ensure the highest possible quality. In fact, about 40% of the grant budget was dedicated to test printing—an investment that allowed for deeper exploration of the printmaking process and resulted in beautifully finished works. This experience has also strengthened the artist's skills for future projects.
