New Loop the Loop Halloween Hustle Brings Family Fun, Fitness & Community Together
A brand-new community event is coming to Fairfield this fall, and families, friends and local businesses are invited to Loop the Loop Halloween Hustle on Saturday, October 31, 2026!
The Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to introduce this new 5K and 1K run/walk designed to bring the community together for a morning of health, wellness, family fun and a little Halloween spirit.
“We wanted to create an event that gives families, friends and coworkers a reason to get outside, get active and have fun together. Loop the Loop is about more than running—it’s about building community, encouraging wellness and creating a new tradition that everyone can enjoy,” said Amy Vetter, President-Elect of the Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce.
Loop the Loop will offer both a 5K and 1K run/walk, making the event accessible for participants of all ages and abilities. The goal is to create a welcoming, family-friendly event that encourages people to get outside, get moving and enjoy time together while supporting the Fairfield business community.
But the fun doesn't stop at the finish line! Participants and spectators can enjoy a variety of Halloween-themed activities, including pumpkin bowling, pumpkin decorating, face painting, a photo booth, a barn haunted house, Halloween music and refreshments.
A costume contest will add even more excitement, with awards for youth, adults, families and Best Corporate Team. Participants are encouraged to get creative and come dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes.
Make It a Health & Wellness Day for Your Team
Local businesses are encouraged to bring their teams and make Loop the Loop a Health and Wellness Day for the whole company.
The event's corporate team challenge is designed to encourage businesses to get employees involved, get active together and build team spirit outside the workplace. Whether your team runs, walks, dresses up or simply comes out to support one another, Loop the Loop is a fun way to promote wellness and employee connection.
Sponsorship Opportunities Are Now Open
Businesses interested in being part of this exciting new event can get involved through sponsorship. Sponsorship opportunities are limited, with a variety of levels available to provide businesses with visibility and recognition throughout the event.
Sponsorship opportunities include the Presenting Sponsor, Start/Finish Line Sponsor, Costume Contest Sponsor, Haunted House Sponsor, First Aid Station Sponsor, Activity Sponsors, Mile Marker Sponsors and Prize Sponsors.
Businesses are encouraged to secure their sponsorship early, as each sponsorship opportunity is limited.
