Last Call for RSVPs: Annual Awards Banquet RSVP Deadline is April 3

posted on 3/25/26

The Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce is issuing a final call for RSVPs for its Annual Awards Banquet, taking place on Thursday, April 16. This highly anticipated evening celebrates the achievements, growth, and success of local businesses and community leaders throughout 2025.

Doors will open at 5:00 PM, followed by a social hour from 5:30–6:30 PM. The evening’s program will begin with a welcome at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner. Awards presentations will begin at 7:30 PM.

This year’s theme, “Garden Tea Party,” invites attendees to enjoy a charming and festive atmosphere while honoring the individuals and businesses that help make the Fairfield area thrive.

Hosted by the Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce and presented by MidWestOne Bank, a Division of Nicolet National Bank, the event highlights the outstanding accomplishments of Chamber members and the strength of the local business community.

Chamber Board Past President Joneane Parker will MC the event and is currently interviewing all the winners to curate the narrative for the event. Our event committee has worked hard to make sure no detail is missed. They include: Denise Hall, Joneane Parker, Amanda Hyde, Corbin Settles, Jessica Anderson, Amy Vetter, and Ryan Holthus.

“Our members’ success matters, and this event is a special opportunity to celebrate the hard work, innovation, and dedication that drive our community forward,” said Chamber representatives.

RSVPs are required by Friday, April 3, and space is limited. Guests may reserve individual seats, half tables, or full tables. To register, visit: www.FairfieldIowa.com (click the alert at the top)

This celebration would not be possible without the generous support of community sponsors. In addition to presenting sponsor MidWestOne Bank, a Division of Nicolet National Bank, TrafFix Devices joins this year as beverage sponsor, and Jefferson County CiderWorks will be providing cider for the event.

The event’s signature décor, inspired by the Garden Tea Party theme, is being generously supported by Fairfield Dental Clinic and coordinated by Denise Hall, who has helped lead this event for many years.

New this year, Carl A. Nelson & Company is serving as program sponsor. Food sponsors include Prestige Care Center and Liberty Communications, and the event will be held at the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center, our valued venue sponsor.

Each award is presented with the support of a dedicated sponsor. This year’s award sponsors include:

· Citizen of the Year: Libertyville Savings Bank

· Business Improvement: Foss, Kuiken, Cochran, Helling & Willman
