FAIRFIELD, IA — Jefferson County Health Center (JCHC) is delighted to announce the well-deserved promotion of Sarah Greiner to the position of Clinic Director. A dedicated professional with an exceptional understanding of Rural Health Clinics and a profound knowledge of industry rules, regulations, and policy, Sarah has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership during her tenure at JCHC.

Sarah, who joined JCHC in February 2020 as an Assistant Nurse Manager on Med/Surg, quickly ascended to the role of Med/Surg Nurse Manager in April 2021. In early 2022, Sarah took on the role of Clinic Nurse Manager, where she has consistently showcased a passion for providing top-notch healthcare in the community.

In her new capacity as Clinic Director, Sarah will report directly to Curtis Smith, JCHC’s Chief Operating Officer. “Sarah’s promotion to Clinic Director is the result of a rigorous and competitive selection process,” stated Curtis Smith, JCHC COO. “Her dedication to JCHC, coupled with her extensive knowledge of rural health clinics and commitment to excellence, set her apart from other candidates. She has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership and a deep understanding of our organization’s goals. Sarah’s promotion is a testament to her continuous growth and contribution to our clinic’s success.”
