Iowa State University College of Design Students Hosting Upcoming Community Workshop

Students and faculty from the College of Design at Iowa State University are working with the Fairfield community to explore ideas for improving neighborhoods, housing, and the overall living environment.  All community members are invited to participate in an upcoming workshop to share their experiences, perspectives, and ideas.

The workshop will take place on Friday, March 6, between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm at the Jefferson County Extension Office (2606 W Burlington Ave, Fairfield, IA 52556). Participants may attend one of the four session starting at 2:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:00pm, or 5:00pm.

Community input will help inform ongoing design and planning efforts through fun, interactive activities and will have a chance to meet neighbors and connect with the community.  All community members are welcome, and no prior experience or preparation is needed.
