Fairfield Youth Performing Arts Announces Auditions for The Outsiders

Fairfield Youth Performing Arts (FYPA) will hold auditions for its upcoming production of The Outsiders on Saturday, October 3, and Sunday, October 4, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Auditions will take place at Golden Magnolia Sanctuary. Participants should enter through the east entrance on Main Street.

Adapted for the stage by Christopher Sergel from S.E. Hinton’s novel, The Outsiders is FYPA’s next opportunity for young performers to take part in a local theater production. Auditions are open to students in grades 5–12.

FYPA asks families to note that the show has a small cast and few opportunities for additional roles. As a result, the organization may not be able to cast every student who auditions. Those interested should RSVP HERE.

Performances are scheduled for December 4–6 at Blue Rose Ballroom & Bistro.
