Fairfield Community School District Requests Final Input from Local Employers
The Collaborative Learning Team at Fairfield Community School District (FCSD) is calling on local employers and community partners to help shape the future of workforce readiness in Fairfield.
As part of an ongoing initiative to better understand the skills and work traits most valued by today’s employers, FCSD recently launched an Employee Work-Traits Survey. Many of you have already taken the time to respond, and the district extends a sincere thank-you for your thoughtful input. Your feedback plays a vital role in ensuring that students are prepared with the real-world competencies needed to succeed after graduation.
There is still time to participate!
If you haven’t yet completed the survey, FCSD encourages you to share your insight before Friday, December 19, ahead of the district’s Christmas break.
👉 Take the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FHStraitsNeeded
Your responses will help the Counseling/Student Support Team identify the traits employers want most in a prospective employee—information that will directly influence curriculum planning, career-readiness strategies, and student development programs across the district.
Thank you to everyone who has already contributed. With continued community partnership, FCSD will be better equipped to guide students toward becoming thoughtful, prepared, and employable young adults.
Sincerely,
Counseling/Student Support Team
Fairfield Community School District
