Building Balanced Routines with J.A.D.E. and the Power of Honey
Jodici Gonzalez joined Chamber Talk to share the story behind J.A.D.E.—Jodici’s Alternative Daily Enhancements—and her mission to help people build more balanced, intentional lifestyles.
Currently studying integrative medicine at Maharishi International University, Jodici combines her healthcare background, personal experiences and interest in alternative wellness practices through both products and services. Her product line centers on honey, including Manuka honey, while her services focus on helping clients establish supportive daily routines.
During the interview, she discusses the importance of paying attention to the small habits that shape each day—from morning walks and meal choices to evening routines and rest. She also explains how her earlier work helping people with disabilities live independently influenced her approach to organization, mindfulness and creating comfortable home environments.
Jodici’s connection to bees is another important part of her business. She reflects on the teamwork, purpose and community found within a beehive—and how those qualities inspire the way she hopes to serve others.
The conversation also includes her personal journey, the unexpected lessons she learned from starting a garden and her belief that growth and healing are ongoing processes.
