Fairfield Schools Invite Local Businesses to Partner for Teacher Quality Day—February 20, 2026
Fairfield Community School District is once again opening the door for meaningful partnerships between local educators and the business community through Teacher Quality Day, happening Friday, February 20, 2026.
Last April, more than 100 local guests joined Fairfield teachers at the high school to explore ways schools and community partners can work together to strengthen opportunities for students. The event was an overwhelming success — and this year, the district is taking the next step by inviting teachers directly into local businesses and organizations.
On February 20, teachers will select the sites they are most interested in visiting. This is a unique opportunity for Fairfield’s businesses, nonprofits, professionals, and service organizations to showcase what they do, highlight career pathways, and help educators better understand the skills today’s workforce needs. These visits are short, meaningful, and focused on connection and collaboration.
Why Participate?
