The Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce recently made a big change with the Fairfield Welcomes You program and the "Welcome Bags". With the idea of putting our best foot forward for people new to our community, we are now offering FREE participation in the program if you are a Chamber Member! This program previously included a $120 sponsorship fee.
The recipients of the Welcome Bags (new residents to Fairfield and MIU students) are very appreciative of the information that the bags provide. Including a promotional item in our Welcome Bag is a great way to advertise for your company or business! We hand out a few hundred bags annually. If you are interested in participating in the Fairfield Welcomes You program, please give us a call at 641-472-2111 or send an email to Info@FairfieldIowa.com. We are also interested in building a committee to explore ways to reach all new members of our community. If you are interested in serving on this committee, please email Darien Sloat at Ceo@FairfieldIowa.com.
