These breakfasts are designed for Chamber membership, businesses, guests and area high school students to hear firsthand how legislation will affect their business and quality of life. There is also the opportunity to communicate their concerns, comments and questions to their Legislators. Our local legislators, Representative Curt Hanson, Representative Dave Heaton, Senator Mark Chelgren and Senator Rich Taylor have all been invited and will brief members, students and guests on hot issues and bills coming before the 2016 General Assembly session. The floor will also be opened up for a question and answer period following their remarks. Dedication to bringing the legislative format to our youth is illustrated by this year’s business sponsors for the Legislative Breakfast. High school students from M.S.A.E. and Fairfield High School are invited to join us with a Corporate Sponsor. All Chamber members and their employees, spouses and a Chamber member guest are welcome to attend. Please join us for breakfast and conversation.
