If you or a teammate have dietary requirements, special needs or physical or mental handicap[s], please contact the Chamber following registration.

Need carts? Golfers are encouraged to furnish their own golf carts.  If your foursome needs one or more carts, contact the Chamber at 641-472-2111 for information on reserving them.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: No refunds in full or in part will be made for any reason, including

CANCELLATION: no refunds will be made for a registrant’s failure to appear. Should any registrant member of your foursome become unable or unwilling to participate in the Men’s Blast Off, the registrant is encouraged to identify a substitute[s] to take the place of the absent registrant.  Identification of substitute is wholly the responsibility of the absent registrant’s team.

COURSE CONDITIONS: though unlikely, it is possible course conditions may prohibit use of golf carts for some or all of the Men’s Blast Off.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: everything possible will be done to administer an 18-hole Men’s Blast Off, but if all or part of the event is canceled due to inclement weather or poor course conditions, no registration refunds will be made.
