I am a licensed massage therapist and registered nurse. I offer chair massage and full body massage. If you just want to pamper yourself and relax, schedule a full body therapeutic massage for one, one and a half or two hours of pure relaxation. Or, if you have a troublesome area such as the neck, we can spend our session focusing on that. Remember to drink lots of water following a massage to rid your body of the toxins released from your muscles; a complimentary bottle of water with every massage.
