Jefferson County Farmers and Neighbors, Inc. (JFAN) is a non-profit educational organization composed of rural and town residents, and traditional family farmers. It is dedicated to protecting the environment of Jefferson County and in particular helping to educate and legally protect the community from the dangers created by large-scale factory hog farms.
