Improving Home Value with Energy Efficiency

boost the value of your home with energy efficiency strategies. The Center on Sustainable Communities (COSC) is developing a new program
"Best Practices: Homeowner guides for improving energy and resource
efficiency," and has agreed to give Fairfield a sneak peek! Also, COSC will also
share valuable insights about its recent experience in creating Iowa's first
real estate listing service to indicate a homes' energy efficiency, ratings and
certifications - fields that help sellers convey the value of their home and
help buyers find the sustainable features they seek. Realtors, landlords,
homeowners, and anyone interested in increasing the value of their home are
encouraged to attend. The workshop is free and open to the public.
