The 11th Annual Fairfield Area Chamber of Commerce Business Showcase will be held

Saturday, March 1, 2008 at the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center.  As a Chamber Member who has participated in the past, you are being offered this Early Bird Reservation opportunity.  To receive the Early Bird discount, a completed registration form with your payment must be received by February 4.

Early Bird Registration Perks:
Reduced booth cost
One free lunch

Plan now to take advantage of this large crowd in one central location for great exposure for your business at this special price.

Chamber Member Early Bird Information:
By February 4- $125 – Extra booths are $50 each
After February 4- $150 – Extra booths are $60 each

Non-Chamber Member Early Bird Information:
By February 4- $175 – Extra booths are $50 each
After February 4 - $200 – Extra booths are $125 each

The Chamber will be advertising the Showcase

• This advertising will be on content of showcase.  (i.e.-what, where and when)
• Advertising will include total value of all door prizes
• Local media representatives will be offering advertising packages to promote retail and service businesses that are participating in the Business Showcase.

Set-up time will be 4–7:00 pm on Friday night and 7–9 am on Saturday morning.

• All participants need to be set up by 9:00 am March 1
• The Showcase will open promptly at 9:00 am

You must be current on your Chamber membership dues to get the Early Bird Chamber member Showcase rate.
